Join us for an action-packed Advanced Rider Horse Camp designed specifically for skilled equestrians! This thrilling day camp is all about taking your horse skills to the next level while having an absolute blast. Campers will explore how God created horses, discovering more about themselves along the way!
Throughout the camp, participants will engage in groundwork and riding, focusing on essential skills such as feel, timing, and balance to enhance communication with both horses and people. This camp is perfect for advanced riders who can confidently walk, trot, and lope, and weigh 225 lbs or less—please note, this is not for first-time riders!
Each day is filled with adventure, featuring campfire devotions, exhilarating trail rides, and a lineup of fun activities at Ironwood Springs, which may include ziplining, swimming, slip-and-slide, laser tag, and so much more!
NEW this year - bring your own horse!
Your camper can meet with the Equine Director for a lesson with your personal horse to determine if you can bring your horse to camp! You provide the food, bedding, equipment, buckets, etc. and we provide the stall.
