Regular Staff:

We currently are in need of a part or full time maintenance person.  We are looking for someone with experience driving heavy equipment and who is capable of managing/maintaining water, septic, and hvac systems.  Must be able to handle heavy lifting and handle physical labor for 8-10 hours in a day.  Other useful skills include carpentry, welding, plumbing, and electrical.  Send resume to tracy@ironwoodsprings.com or call at 507-533-4315.


Weekend Trail Ride Staff:

We are in need of experienced riders who are willing to help lead guest trail rides on weekends and possibly Thursday and Friday evening.  If you are interested, please contact BJ at 507-533-9933 or wrangler@ironwoodsprings.com.


Summer Wrangler Staff:
 

Currently looking for capable, dependable, hard working, horse and people lovers! These individuals would be working at Castner Riding Arena under the guidance of the Equine Director BJ Stoppelmoor. BJ is a UW-River Falls graduate with 20+ years of experience in the equine industry.

Wrangler horse staff need to have a good working knowledge of how to handle horses and the equipment. They would be assisting in all camps for our younger equine enthusiasts along with camps for mentally or physically disabled riders of all ages. Other aspects include feeding and care of the horses, trail rides for the public, maintenance and upkeep of the barn and possible help with the animal farm/petting zoo.
